Yocto Project

The EDF build system is the Yocto Project. This chapter collects the cross-persona Yocto material every developer touches. Topics include the Yocto components, the build environment setup, the gen-machine-conf entry point, source-build options, build-time optimization, and the predefined machines and common recipes that ship with EDF.
