Skipping Packaging of Boot Components in boot.bin

To skip the packaging of boot components in the boot.bin file, add the following lines to local.conf:

BIF_PARTITION_ATTR:remove = "plmfw"
BIF_PARTITION_ATTR:remove = "psmfw"
BIF_PARTITION_ATTR:remove = "fsbl"
BIF_PARTITION_ATTR:remove = "pmufw"
